Durable Insulating and Fire-Resistant PIR Duct Panels

Polyurethane (PU) Foam Pre-Insulated Air Ducts are used for air distribution in central air conditioning systems. The ducts are made from PU Foam Sandwich Panels, which consist of rigid polyurethane insulation foam sandwiched between two layers of 80-micron aluminum foil for low vapor permeability and protection.

Phenolic foam is a new type of fire-retardant, fire-proof and low-smoke insulation material, which is made of phenolic resin with fire retardant, smoke suppression agent, foaming agent, curing agent, and other additives added.

Phenolic foam is a new type of fire-retardant, a closed-cell rigid foamed plastic.It has been mostly characterized with fire-retardant, low-smoke and high temperature deformation resistant features. 

Phenolic foam has overcome the shortcomings of flammability, smokiness and thermal deformation for the original foamed plastic insulation material, but it has maintained the advantages of light weight, convenience for construction, etc for the original foamed plastic insulation material.
